Monday 2 December

14.00-20.00  Exhibitor Move-in (All Exhibitors)
Exhibitors are invited to take note of the short build time for this event, and to make sure their stand can be built within that timeframe. There will be no late working allowed.
Tuesday 3 December

The Magnetics Show Europe 2024 will take place at RAI Amsterdam (Hall 5) on 3-4 December 2024

Main deadlines

  • 6 September 2024 Provide your exhibitor listing info to Ethan (see below)
  • 17 October 2024 Order your preferred stand package on the RAI webshop (Only Standard Bronze package available after that date)
  • 01 November 2024 Return your Risk Assessment form (see below)
  • 07 November 2024 Order your graphics (if applicable) on the RAI webshop
  • 08 November 2024 Discount deadline for Lead Retrieval (see below)
  • 14 November 2024 Last day to order your Standard Bronze stand package
  • 29 November 2024 Complete your stand personnel registration (see below)

Building your stand

What's included in my stand?
Nothing. All contracts are for empty, raw floor space only.
It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor to organise their build, and to order flooring, equipment, and utilities.
What must I provide?
Hard wall stands and flooring are compulsory for all booked exhibition spaces. The RAI offers a wide range of hard wall shell scheme packages.
Are power and internet included?
Power and internet are not included and must be ordered separately if needed. There will be no free Wifi in the Hall.
What are the rules & regulations to follow?
Please ensure your stand design complies with the Display Rules & Regulations for the show (see document below).

STAND ORDERS

All contracts are for empty, raw space only. You must either (1) order a stand package from our official contractor RAI, (2) bring your own hard-wall stand or (3) build your custom stand with a contractor of your choice. Hard walls and flooring are compulsory for all booked exhibition spaces. It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor to organise/order their own build, flooring, equipment and utilities.

After this date, only the Standard Bronze stand package will be available at a premium until 14th November 2024.

Please follow the steps to register and log in. The webshop will only recognise the email address for the main Operations contact. If you get a message that ‘your email is not associated with this event’, please contact RAI customer service on es@rai.nl and ask them to add you to the system. It should take about 24hrs, they are pretty quick and you will then be able to log in. More help here:

Lead Retrieval

Discount deadline: Friday 8th November 2024

Exhibitor and Visitor badges act as a form of identification, but also as electronic business cards. They have a QR code fully encoded with contact information, allowing Exhibitors to easily collate and follow up on leads.

EXHIBITOR TASKS

1. Confirm your company description

The information is required as soon as possible (Friday 6th September latest).
Please email us the information below so we can get you added to our online Exhibitor list and Showguide (you only need to submit this information once). Please send directly to Ethan via the button on the side:
1. High resolution logo
2. 50-word company bio
3. Company website
4. Under which company name exactly you would like to exhibit and be listed

2. Return your Risk Assessment form

Submission due by Friday 1st November 2024. This form is compulsory for ALL Exhibitors.

If you are building your own hard-wall stand, you must also email the following at the time of submission:
1. A picture from a previous show or sketch/visual
2. If using a modular system, share the manufacturer data sheet or website
3. Confirm the wall height.

3. Book your hotel in Amsterdam

4. Register your stand personnel for access

By Friday 29th November 2024
- To access the Hall during the build, you must register for a Build Pass with the RAI.
- To access the Hall during the show, all stand personnel must be registered at the link enclosed for their Exhibitor Badge.

5. Invite your network to attend
